Return & Refund

Our return policy is 7 days. If 7 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations in which only partial refunds will be issued:

* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

* Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery.

 

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 15 working days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.

Next, contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before you can see a refund reflected.

The reimbursement process will take approximately 30 days from the date of the claim.

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, no refunds are available for sale items.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item (which may be done based on product availability), please email us at mediterraneoboutiqueitaliana@gmail.com and send your item to: Calle Francisco Camaño Deño, Plaza Colonial, Local A8, Las Terrenas, Samanà, 32000, Dominican Republic.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and we ship it directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the gift giver chose to have the order shipped to them and then give it to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will learn of your return.

 

Shipping

Once we receive your return request, we will email you all the information you need to send it, including the address and label for sending the package. 

Shipping costs to return your item are at your expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
